Our work is backed by more than 23 years of experience in the behavioral health and treatment industry.

Over the years, we have worked closely with treatment providers and have seen firsthand how challenging it can be to build and maintain a compliant, ethical, and successful program. That experience allows us to understand both the regulatory side of behavioral healthcare and the real-world operational challenges providers face every day.

Our experience includes DHCS and CDSS licensing and certification, Joint Commission and CARF accreditation, Medi-Cal certification, county contracting, compliance preparation, policy and procedure development, program creation, corrective action planning, and operational improvement.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is credentialed as a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor II and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II. She is also a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach and Nationally Certified Interventionist Practitioner.

Her background gives her a well-rounded understanding of both the business side of behavioral healthcare and the responsibility providers have to deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality services.

Known for her practical, hands-on approach, Melisa works closely with clients to simplify complicated regulatory requirements, identify concerns before they become larger problems, and develop clear strategies for moving forward. She also collaborates with experienced professionals throughout the field to ensure Tablada Recovery Services clients receive knowledgeable, responsive, and well-rounded support.ioral health field.
